Programmed Skilled Workforce is excited to invite enthusiastic Process/Production Workers to join a dynamic and well-established team based in beautiful Palmwoods, QLD.

Our client is a globally recognized leader in the manufacture and distribution of premium herbs and spices, delivering sensational flavours across Australia and around the world.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys working with technology to ensure smooth and accurate warehouse/factory operations



In this role, you will:

• Operate automated production machines
• Check product quality, dates and packaging
• Sort defective products and ingredients
• Assist with packing, sorting and general production duties
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

What We're Looking For:

• Access to reliable transportation
• Previous production experience is preferred but not essential
• A strong willingness to learn and grow within the role
• Ability to perform a variety of tasks with a safety-focused, proactive attitude
• Flexible availability for both day and afternoon shifts, with the capacity to work occasional weekends as required
